Eithne is an International speaker, and educator on nursing care and HIV/AIDS.

She currently works in Nursing Administration at a local Orange County Hospital as well as being an adjunct Professor at Vanguard University. She has travelled to many third world countries speaking and teaching and encouraging nurses and medical professionals.

Some of the countries she has worked in are The Congo, Rwanda, South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, and Morocco. Thailand, India, China and Israel.

Eithne is a member of Saddleback Church and is very involved in mission outreach at the church.

Currently, Eithne is involved in starting a small school of nursing in Kitale Northern Kenya.
