1. GENERAL REGISTRATION (Note: 1a and 1b are available on line) AT THE CONFERENCE/WALK-UP REGISTRATION

1a. $25: EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION (For Friday and Saturday). Includes HCM Proceedings, snacks and Saturday lunch. To get this discounted rate, registration must occur prior to 11:59 PM September 10th, 2013.
1b. $35: STANDARD ONLINE REGISTRATION (For Friday & Saturday).
Includes HCM Proceedings, snacks and Saturday lunch. Registration must occur prior to 11:59 PM October 10th, 2013 

1c. $45: (IN PERSON) REGISTRATION AT THE CONFERENCE  (For Friday and/or Saturday). Not available online. Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted at the conference site.

2. STUDENT & FACULTY REGISTRATION (Note: 2a and 2c are available on line)AT THE CONFERENCE/WALK-UP REGISTRATION

2a. FREE! SAN DIEGO CHRISTIAN COLLEGE FACULTY & STUDENTS  Your password is: SDCC (With student/faculty ID only). For Friday and/or Saturday. HCM proceedings available for purchase at HCM cost. Snacks and Saturday lunch included (On-line registration necessary so that we can plan accordingly).  Registration must occur prior to 11:59 PM Thursday, October 10th, 2013.

2b. $10 (IN PERSON) REGISTRATION AT THE CONFERENCE: SAN DIEGO CHRISTIAN COLLEGE FACULTY & STUDENTS (With student/faculty ID only).
For Friday and/or Saturday. HCM proceedings available for purchase at HCM cost. Snacks and Saturday lunch included. Not available on line. Cash, checks and credit cards accepted at the conference site.

2c. $10 OTHER COLLEGE/THEOLOGY SCHOOL FACULTY & STUDENTS (With student/faculty ID only). HCM proceedings available for purchase at HCM cost. Snacks and Saturday lunch included (On-line registration necessary so that we can plan accordingly). Registration must occur prior to 11:59 PM Thursday, October 10th, 2013.

2d. $20 (IN PERSON) REGISTRATION AT THE CONFERENCE: OTHER COLLEGE/THEOLOGY SCHOOL STUDENTS AND FACULTY(With student/faculty ID only).
For Friday and/or Saturday. HCM proceedings available for purchase at HCM cost. Snacks and Saturday lunch included. Not available on line. Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted at the conference site.

3. EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION


Please see the EXHIBITOR PAGE. Exhibitors please review the Exhibitor Guide and complete the
Exhibitor Registration form before proceeding with payment. (You may use the e-shop link in paragraph 4 of the Exhibitor Registration form for payment) 
Includes a table for Friday and Saturday and registration for one Exhibitor for Friday & Saturday Conference. Also includes Friday and Saturday snacks and Saturday Lunch.

PayPal Although PayPal is processing all conference credit card transactions, you do not need to sign up for PayPal. PayPal will bill you $1.00 for processing. There are no other shipping and handling charges.

In the event that you cancel your registration on or before October 1, 2013, a refund minus a $10 cancellation fee will be returned. No refunds will be credited for cancellations after October 2, 2013. Please allow 30 days for processing.

It is possible to change your registration category at the conference without any charge.
