SPEAKER REGISTRATION

Six Steps for Speaker Registration

1) Please review your speaker invitation letter for details regarding what the conference is offering you. If you have questions or concerns, please contact the speaker coordinator.

2) Register using the form below. If you have not yet received a password, please contact pyorgin@yahoo.com (Must be completed by August 15, 2008)

3) Complete the two forms below and send them to Carol Heppel in the Continuing Education Office at Loma Linda University (Must be completed by August 15, 2008)

Please return these forms to cheppel@llu.edu 

4. Send your brief bio (no more than 300 words) and digital photo (if you are a new speaker this year or want to update your photo) to the Speaker Coordinator. (Must be completed by August 15, 2008)

5. Send a copy of your lecture/handout to the speaker coordinator.  We must be able to show our complete sylabus to regulatory agencies. Failure to submit your lecture/handout in a timely manner will likely lead to our withdrawing your speaking invitation and cancelling your lecture. (Must be completed by September 1, 2008)

 6) Make your travel and lodging reservations. For speakers who receive compensation for travel and lodging, we recommend lodging at the Fuller Guest Center located at 700 Locust Street Pasadena, CA 91101 (about 3 blocks from the Fuller Theological Seminary conference site)
